A welcome MEET & GREET session with one of our trainers, featuring a tour of the facility, safety & gym etiquette, and an opportunity for you to discuss your health and fitness goals.
1 Basic KAMS (posture, squat, balance assessment) with our Kinetisense program (3D motion capture).
1 individualized 30 min fitness consult for every month you are a member. These can be used for personal training, program planning, exercise modifications or InBody Composition Scans.
